All Surgery Hero programmes provide participants with unlimited access to our surgical support programmes, self-care resources, and expert health coaches for the duration of their enrolment. This support is delivered through the Surgery Hero mobile app. Health coaching can be delivered via phone calls, video calls, and in-app chat through the Surgery Hero app.
