How can I stop emails from going to spam?

To ensure you receive all important communications from us, we recommend adding our email address to your contact list or safe sender list. This helps prevent our emails from landing in your spam or junk folder. Follow the steps below for popular email providers:

Gmail

  1. Add to Contacts:

    • Open an email from us.

    • Hover over our name at the top of the email.

    • Click "Add to Contacts" on the contact card that appears.

  2. Mark as Not Spam:

    • Open your spam folder.

    • If you find an email from us, open it.

    • Click the "Not spam" button at the top.

Outlook.com (Hotmail, Live, MSN)

  1. Add to Safe Senders:

    • Click the gear icon in the upper right corner and select "View all Outlook settings."

    • Go to "Mail" > "Junk email."

    • Under "Safe senders and domains," click "Add" and enter our email address, then click "Save."

  2. Add to Contacts:

    • Open an email from us.

    • Click the three dots (...) next to the "Reply" button.

    • Select "Add to contacts" from the dropdown menu.

Yahoo Mail

  1. Add to Contacts:

    • Open an email from us.

    • Hover over our email address at the top of the email.

    • Click "Add to contacts" and fill out the details.

  2. Mark as Not Spam:

    • Open your spam folder.

    • Find and open the email from us.

    • Click the "Not Spam" button at the top.

Apple Mail (iOS)

  1. Add to Contacts:

    • Open an email from us.

    • Tap the email address at the top.

    • Tap "Create New Contact" or "Add to Existing Contact."

Apple Mail (Mac)

  1. Add to Contacts:

    • Open an email from us.

    • Click the dropdown arrow next to our email address.

    • Select "Add to Contacts."

Thunderbird

  1. Add to Address Book:

    • Open an email from us.

    • Right-click our email address.

    • Select "Add to Address Book."

  2. Mark as Not Junk:

    • Select an email from us.

    • Click the "Not Junk" button.

General Tips

  • Whitelist our Domain: If your email provider supports domain whitelisting, add our domain to the safe sender list.

  • Check Spam/Junk Folder Regularly: Periodically check your spam or junk folder and mark any emails from us as "Not Spam" to train your email provider.
